Paper Airplane Deconstructed Shirt
INF 22AW EXISTENCE
Design
The inspiration comes from origami. During childhood, our designer used waste paper at will and used waste paper to create various shapes. Details of the pattern are based on a formal shirt silhouette. Very different from the shirts that you might see in the stores, we shifted the plackets from the center front all the way to the left hem creating a triangular structure with visual balance in the front. On the other hand, the right body has a two-layer structure design, and the outer layer is extended and folded into a visual outline similar to a paper airplane. The straps extend from the outer layer, providing more functions while wearing. After the straps are tied, they can be transformed into a closed triangular visual effect. When they are not tied, they can naturally fall into a robe-style top.
In addition to matching the brand's common deconstructed wide-leg or pleated trousers to make your outfit more variant. It can also be worn with deconstructed suit pants to have a formal look but with a strong taste.
