Design
The details of the pattern are based on the A-line skirt. After deconstructing and reshaping the shirt and dress, inspired by the structure of the paper card and the book; by following the structure of falling paper card and book, creating a multi-layer drape effect at the hem, and some small pleats are deformed on the inner layer of the large pleats through the pattern drafting technique to create a multi-layer pleated origami deconstruction design. The hidden cutting lines and zips maintain the integrity of the skirt, and the swinging pleated lines are the combination of intellectual and elegant. The usage of color recalls our brand slogan in 21AW “White Is New Black”. By using the different tones of black and white, we perfectly present the image of papers and ink. These little details touch our brand’s DNA “Dark style Renaissance” atmosphere.
